This section will demonstrate the configuration through the
email application Outlook 2003.

Step 1: Open Outlook 2003 - Click on TOOLS
and E-mail Accounts (As shown Below)

Step 2: View or Change e-mail Accounts

Step 3: Create a new mail account
Click "Add" to create a new account. If you already
have setup an account previously, it should be listed in the
left hand windows. Highlight that account and select "Change"
to make adjustments to your existing mail account.

Step 4: Select POP3 Server Type

Step 5: Setup Your E-mail Account
Under User Information, you need to type out your name, (this
is the name that will appear to the recipients of your messages).
In addition, you will need to type out your full e-mail address.
Under Server Information, you will need to insert your incoming
mail server address, "mail.redtowertech.com" and enter
your outgoing mail server address, "mail.redtowertech.com".
Note: The incoming and outgoing addresses are the same. Under
Logon Information, you will need to type your full e-mail address
again, and type in your pre-selected password. At this point,
click "More Settings" and proceed to Step 6.

Step 6: Additional Outgoing Server Settings
An Internet E-mail Settings box will pop up. Click the "Outgoing
Server" tab at the top. Check the box that states "My
outgoing Server (SMTP) requires authentication. Make sure "Use
same settings as my incoming mail server" is checked. Click
"OK" to close this box.

Step 7: Test Account Settings
After correctly placing all your information into Outlook 2003,
please test your account settings. Simply click on the "Test
Account Settings" button.

Step 8: Test Results
A successful test will yield all green check marks (as indicated
below). If your account works, click close. Then click next
and finish to get out of the e-mail account property box. Congrats!
